Duties and responsibilities:
• Implements, installs, configure, updates, monitors, supports, troubleshoots , and evaluates existing and new systems.
• Support users and (clients if needed).
• Make recommendations, guides, training materials and reports for systems, software & hardware.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned by his direct manager.
Qualifications:
• MCSA, MCSE, MCTS and/or MCITP.
• CCNA and/or Network+
• Very good English skills.
• Have some VoIP background (preferred).
• Have Linux background (optional).
• Problem solving skills and patience to repeatedly instruct people on how to use systems.
• At least one year experience and at most three years.
