Description - Reporting to Front Office Team Leader. - Providing other teams (Transmission, Maintenance, Back Office,‡.etc) of the company with a support about Technical related activities and checking all types of alarms and problems on different Network elements via OMC-R (Operation & Maintenance Centre- Radio) and trying to handle, solve the problems in a fast proper way or transfer it to the responsible team & receive a feedback about it. - Monitoring the Network, handling alarms, checking all Network elements, follow all problems in the Network, supervise and piloting maintenance team. - Receiving all complains by phone which may mean some troubles in an area and take an action towards it. - Generate different types of Network Health check and Technical reports via MS Excel and word functions. - Escalating problems through a standard Escalation Process. - Handover the shift in a professional documented log with
Qualifications - Bachelor degree from Engineering University or Analytical University. - - Fresh Graduate, fluent in English , experience could be from 1-2 years. - Good knowledge with Wireless Telecommunications Technology. - Excellent Knowledge with Excel, Word. - Able to work within Diversified multinational team work environment. - Able to work in accurate shift basis till maximum 9PM from smart village, October City. - Self Starter, Hard worker, Work under pressure, Quick Learner. - Creative, Details oriented, Motivated, Organized and Punctuated personality.
