Description Designing voice networks: Top Level Architecture. Low Level Architecture. Resolving voice networks design questions. Planning and implementing of voice networks solutions. VoIP, Analog and digital. Configure and install various Voice systems. Cisco Call Manager. Cisco voice mail. AVAYA voice solutions. Huawei. Alcatel Lucent. Asterisk. Panasonic. Troubleshoot and integrate Voice network solutions. Design, configure and troubleshoot various active network components. WAN routers, core switches, edge switches, firewalls and wireless solutions. Configuring VLANS, ports, and protocols. Work and assist our sales teams to fill information gaps, and communicate architecture and technical solutions. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Call Manager. Install, configure and troubleshoot AVAYA systems. Full knowledge and hands-on voice networks technology. Design and implement complex voice and data systems, network configurations, business continuity, disaster recovery and integration of technologies. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving WAN, LAN, Security and Wireless problems. Experienced in administering TCP/IP LANs. (VLAN routing, VTP, Spanning Tree). Experienced in diagnosing voice network problems. Maintaining network security. Install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco ASA Firewalls. Install, configure and troubleshoot UTM devices’ (FortiGate, SonicWALL, Cyberoam). Good knowledge in encryption and Virtual Private Network (IKE, FWZ, DES, 3DES, PKI, etc.). Install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers 2600, 3600, 3700, 7200, 7600
