Description     Recruitment and Personal: 1.Conducting initial screening, interviews & testing then refers feasible candidates to the requesting departments. 2.Issue contract, Medical Insurance,employee database,Bank Account, social insurance.4 payroll & compensation. Training: 3.Plan,implement and coordinate training activities to upgrade skills of technical and administrative employees. 4.Share in preparing and updating the job descriptions of the employees. Compensation and benefit: 5.Direct the administration of benefit programs as health, retirement, disability. 6.Making insurance policy for retirement and sudden accidental death 7.Handle all the Allowances such as (Mobile, transportation, etc.) ADMIN : 8.Helping in Handling any admin issues .
Qualifications    English :Excellent Knowledge •Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook express
Gender    Male
Experience    6 - 9 Years.
