Description Maintaining positive and proactive employee relations through administering work rules and contracts by ensuring all functions adherence to the HR policies and procedures in relation to employee relationships and personnel matters. 1. Updating the Human Resources database including employee salaries, vacations, and time attendance as well as responding to employee inquiries 2. Issuing formal letters including financial institutions letters, employee warnings, experience certificates etc 3. Completing the employee hiring/ resignation process, in addition to updating the database when required as well as updating status of temporary contracts within the company. 4. Processing group headcount reports including new and resigning employees 5. Supporting the administrative needs of Recruitment and Training function as well as other Human Resources functions administratively and upon request 6. Updating the company organizational charts as needed in coordination with the concerned functions
Qualifications Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
Gender Male
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills - Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Planning and organizing skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Positive attitude & high energy.
