• Basic Functions:
1. Direct one to one outdoor sales
2. Build Potential Customer ( Physicians, Pharmacies) Data Base
3. Monitor the competition market
• Areas of Activity:
1. Plan, organize and attend all direct one to one sales meetings with customers at their location
2. plan and organize daily work schedule
3. Plan and organize all activities and efforts to achieve the assigned targets as per the communicated sales plan.
4. follow up on existing customers and define potential customers
5. follow up on the service delivery with the CRH (customer readiness and happiness) department
6. Monitor and report customer satisfaction and adoption level to the CRH department
7. Recommend changes in product, service and policy by evaluating results of the competitor development
8. Assist in resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
9. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Graduate of Pharma, vet, science, Business “English only”
From 0 to 4 years’ experience in sales.
Very good command in English written and spoken
Medical representative experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Results-oriented, career-focused and creative
Accepts working long am and pm hours
Self motivated
Cheerful
Fast learner
Committed
