Description Participates in the preparation of detailed staffing plan for all departments of the company in the light of approved manpower plan, and follow up the implementation in accordance with the policies and procedures established and approved budget. Participates in determining the qualifications and competencies to fulfill job vacancies, and the nomination of sources to get individuals wanted either internally or externally and oversees the preparation and dissemination of vacancy announcements. Prepare The standards for the nomination and selection process of applicants and ensure properly applied, and participate in interviews and assess qualified applicants and the nomination of the technical interviews with directors of departments concerned and follow up results. Participate in the preparation and updating of an integrated database includes all of the applicants for the vacant posts in the various disciplines and all of the data available for recruitment companies and their services.
Qualifications • Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience. • 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment Field.

Other Skills • Excellent analytical and presentation skills. • Efficiently work under pressures, deadlines, and stretch extra hours to complete assigned task. • Should exhibit great creativity and resourcefulness. • Should have excellent effectual communication skills. • Should be able to communicate the insight and ideas effectively. • Self-confident .
