Description     Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence. Participate in forming company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures that is related to employees or job applicants. Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants. Work on developing recruitment sources wither internal or external. Participate in all the HR department projects (organizational structure/ job analysis/ job grading/ employee engagement/ performance management). Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies. Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities
Qualifications    A university degree in one of the business related disciplines. Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position. HR certificate or related HR studies is a plus. Knowledge about the Egyptian Labor Law
