Description Maintaining an inventory of content / pages / links on website and ensure in good working order. Maintain website(s), marketing automation software and integration with CRM, Taleo etc. Provide custom workflows, and configure out-of-box web parts (e.g., blog, community, forms as necessary). Design and build marketing landing pages and/or templates in the CMS system as necessary. Design and build emails (and/or templates) and forms in marketing automation system. Debug issues that arise with the performance of the website. Interface for performance issues. Be the liaison with DBL IT / product team and Director of MarCom. Address issues if applicable, with hosting company, Pardot, CRM providers. Trouble-shoot the site if necessary, including content, links, order flows, registration flows and transaction logs. If problems arise, the webmaster will need to make corrections directly or delegate the task to other members of our IT / product department and/or vendors. Review statistics and monitor analytics. Provide analysis of the websites business health. Monitors, advises on and implements search engine optimization. Manage contract developer, QA Testers, designers and vendors / agencies and contractors as necessary.
Qualifications Bachelors degree from any discipline. 1-2 years managing website(s), working as primary web manager and/or webmaster preferably on a Word Press website. Skilled at HTML and Word Press configuration. Skilled in current and emerging web technologies and basic-level experience with design software packages (i.e. CMS, HTML, Photoshop/fireworks)
