Description - Support the day to day administration duties of the office. - Starting the Implementation of administrative policies. - Establishing process for Administered company transport, cafeteria, communication system. - Management of Companys Security Function, arranging designated security persons for the premises and WH. - Handling all Visa & Work Permit, Employment Contract, Accommodation, Employee welfare, compensation and settlement. - Create a master file in Excel for all the employees with the following details : Passport Expiry, Work Permit Expiry, Visa Expiry, to scan the entire employees legal documents in PDF format and established a link to open the file directly. - Handle and supervise all administrative tasks : Securities, housekeeping, cars, drivers, employees transportation, scrap, utilities, outsourcing, food and beverage, licenses, medical care, meetings and maintenance. - Administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and suppliers. - Oversee maintenance and repair of all office facilities. - Ensure the supply of office materials, stationary. - Ensure Company regulations and Governmental regulations in terms of Admin. Regulations, that each sqm requires not more than a specific number of Employee to occupy, F&B Regulations. - Establishing process for Employees health & safety policies. - Handling legal issues, coordination with the legal advisors in concerns to any Administrative purposes. - Responsible for preparing administration department budget.
Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of experience - Perfect communication skills - Problem solving skills - Negotiation skills - Flexible working hours
