Description 1. Supervise the Electrical maintenance Engineer along with maintenance teams operators & supervisors (Mechanical/Electrical). 2. In charge of the development and maintenance of KMMS system along with predictive maintenance & MP2. 3. Maintenance PMs scheduling along with breakdowns & predictive maintenance activities. 4. Train and develop maintenance associates on the standards to be observed. 5. Partially Negotiate and manage the maintenance budget. 6. Confirm storeroom inventory availability along with reliability & durability 1. Supervise the Safety Coordinator and Safety operator. 2. In charge of the development and maintenance of health, safety and environmental systems. 3. Ensure the standards are observed and complied (KSMS, OSHA, ISO). 4. Conduct in-depth statistical analyses for Safety conditions in EFO, define risks and define the roadmaps along with his manager. 5. Propose appropriate solutions in accordance with applicable legislation and corporate policies. 6. Train and develop associates on the standards to be observed. 7. Partially Negotiate and manage the Health, Safety and Environment budget.
Qualifications Degree in engineering, or related safety and maintenance engineering science. Requires from 3 to 5 years of safety and maintenance experience. Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills are essential. Supervisory experience is preferred. This position is action oriented requiring the incumbent to creatively plan and execute various safety and maintenance. Excellent computer and communication skills.
