Job Description
Provide support for measurement, monitoring and improvement of processes and service delivery
of Publishing. The quality officer assists in the facilitation and formulation, implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions related to customer feedback, audits, training, process and service monitoring and measurement, including preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly performance reports..
Skills Required
Excellent knowledge of statistical and quality tools is a must
Experience in operations and/or publishing industry an advantage
Tactical thinking skills
Well organized and able to pay attention to detail
Strong management and leadership skills
Strong command of both written and spoken English
Knowledge in Six Sigma an advantage
Academic Qualification
Bachelor's/College Degree in related discipline
Years of Experience
1-3 Years solid working experience in a supervisory QA function
