Description Essential Job Functions — Welcome and process GSE visitors. — Answer and handle incoming phone calls. — Monitor visitor access and issue passes. — Receive courier deliveries and route accordingly. — Assist Office Services as needed. — Keep company phone directory updated and current. — Enter purchase orders for signature and maintains purchase order logs and files. — Audit vendor invoices and maintains filing system. — Provide all required computer support activity for supervisors and other plant personnel. — Perform receptionist functions, assist employees and visitors. — Responsible for petty cash transactions and monthly reporting to Accounting. — Order and maintain inventory of all office and janitorial supplies. — Prepare expense reports as needed. — Schedule appointments, meetings and travel. — Compose and prepare general correspondence and presentations.
Qualifications • Computer proficiency required. • Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence. • Effective oral and written communication skills. • Multi-lingual preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree • Some Receptionist experience desired.
