Description Essential Job Functions Welcome and process GSE visitors. Answer and handle incoming phone calls. Monitor visitor access and issue passes. Receive courier deliveries and route accordingly. Assist Office Services as needed. Keep company phone directory updated and current. Enter purchase orders for signature and maintains purchase order logs and files. Audit vendor invoices and maintains filing system. Provide all required computer support activity for supervisors and other plant personnel. Perform receptionist functions, assist employees and visitors. Responsible for petty cash transactions and monthly reporting to Accounting. Order and maintain inventory of all office and janitorial supplies. Prepare expense reports as needed. Schedule appointments, meetings and travel. Compose and prepare general correspondence and presentations.
Qualifications • Computer proficiency required. • Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence. • Effective oral and written communication skills. • Multi-lingual preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree • Some Receptionist experience desired.
