Description Running the warranty operations efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction, departmental targets & sound credibility with the principals. Also Providing quality & efficient services to the internal & external customers in warranty related issues. Present key KPIs through daily, weekly, monthly reports, monitor the performance & take effective measures to achieve targets. Help, guide & monitor warranty in commercial and passenger cars team. Circulate new and up-to-date warranty information and literature for new vehicles and repair procedures. Understanding Dealer Management Systems, ability to identify top areas of opportunity to improve the product & work with service teams on local & national trends. Direct, develop and control the sale of After Sales products to internal and external customers working with other Departments, within the Company. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers to encourage repeat referral business Assure proper repair order flow to satisfy warranty/dealership/business office requirements
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. • At least 5-8 years’ Experience in a manufacturing environment Specifically in Warranty Management. • Previous experience working across all areas of the After Sales / Customer Service environment preferably with formal technical qualifications or equivalent relevant industry experience. • High levels of customer orientation and marketing skills • Must possess critical thinking skills and be able to analyze complex problems. • Computer proficiency and Organizational skills. • Excellent command of English.
