Retail Branch Manager

  • Communicate the Retail strategy defined by the head of retail banking
  • Assist within his delegation the branches in developing their action plan (one year per branch) and in implementing all marketing actions needed to develop the portfolio of clients, the deposits, the loans and the number of products sold.
  • Ensure a better knowledge and understanding of the various local markets.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience, out of which 2-3 years in a similar level position.
  • Supervisory and Managerial skills
  • Good English Language and Computer Skills.

Customer relationship Officer (CRO)

  • Serve as a primary point-of-contact for customers requesting "IBG" International Business Group products.
  • Receive and process card and loan applications, funds transfer, collections, standing orders, bank drafts, certified checks, as well as other means of payments.
  • Provide competent sales and sound adherence on grating loans.
  • Experience: 2-3 years preferably in Retail Banking or Sales
  • Good English Language and Computer Skills.

Fresh Graduates

  • For Entry level Jobs in Information Technology, Retail Banking, and Direct Sales.
  • Candidates should have related degrees with good level of English Language and computer skills.
