Business Analyst is urgently required for Optimal Technology Solutions.
OTS is a business platform for digital communication services operating in the MENA region based on four business lines (Messaging, Business Solutions, Mobile Apps and Digital Media).www.otsdc.com
The main responsibility of the job is:
Verify the needs and requirements of the customer using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, tasks and workflow analysis.
Analyze the information and classify them according to the category, to improve the output of the business & comes up with solutions regarding problems of customers
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers better understandings & analysis
Decompose high-level information into details,
Conduct the research about the company and the customer base.
Prepare Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.
Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
Collaborate with developers to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in the same field
• Excellent analysis, organizational ability & product management to analyze data, plans etc…
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Strong understanding about business process of a software company management
