Description     —Provide Support to Top Management developing expansion plans for each concept in to create the forecast. —Contact several brokers and developers and held meetings to present our business needs to work on. —Receive results form brokers and conduct visibility study to verify probability of received options. —Prepare presentations for Top Management about potential opportunities for approvals. —Negotiate with brokers and developers for pricing and property cot to get optimum results. —Negotiate with landlords and follow up on lease agreements to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures. —Provide support to finance team in forecasting break even and ROI calculation of potential properties. —Keep track and continuous update on market trends and conduct market research to analyse market opportunities. —Generate pipeline report to be submitted to management for alignment. —Create presentations on potential opportunities to be submitted to management to obtain approvals.
Qualifications    University degree, BA preferable PPM (Professional Project Management) GCC Retail Market Performance Planning Project Management Action Planning Auto Cad
