Description     1- Issuing form 4. 2- Issuing Medical Stamp Memos. 3- Issuing all requests for MOH. 4- Issuing customs, Memos and Settlement. 5- Issuing debit note for toll manufacturing. 6- daily follow-up with the clearance agent for different ports (Air or sea). 7- Assure the necessary steps to finalize banks documents needed for customs clearance. 8- settle suppliers claims regarding payments. 9- follow-up the received shipment with warehouse.
Qualifications    1- Bachelor degree in Business administration science and/or Commerce. 2- 1-3 years of experience in the trade compliance and sourcing processes.

Profile      Novartis Cairo facility locally manufactures for Pharma, Consumer Health and Sandoz and provides additional capacity within Novartis’ global manufacturing and supply network. The manufacturing plant is situated in Amiria, an area that is easily reachable from Cairo airport and other parts of Greater Cairo. Plant manufactures different galenical forms; solids, liquids, creams, suppositories and injectables. It produces 123 products locally and additionally manages the supply chain of 48 imported products. The total size of the site is 80’000 Square meter with all the necessary infrastructure including an automated warehouse terminal building, a boilerhouse, a canteen accommodating 150 users and an incinirator. PharmOps has a diverse team of about >300 employees; from procurement to delivery of Finished Goods. The facility which obtained ISO 14001 as well as OHSAS 18001 Certificate, fulfills highest HSE standards and received Novartis 12 Years Award in HSE 1998 - 2009.
