Description - Read and execute the operation plan (Work orders are being executed in the right time and in the right condition) - Control and maintain the implementation of the operational procedures - Manage the Master data of operations - Responsible for efficiency KPIs and standards of the fleet - Responsible for setting the Standard Trip Times (STT) - Manage Loading and Discharging conditions - Ensure all proper documentation is done (Work orders, Vehicle inspections etc) - Manage logistics coordinators directly and shifts - Manage logistics Admins directly and shifts - Manage Vehicle Handover Teams directly and shifts - Manage Senior Drivers and shifts - Manage the main Human resource of the company, Drivers - Responsible to create different bonus and incentive schemes for the operation staff including drivers. - Responsible to ensure proper operation techniques (includes driving techniques) to ensure safety of operation and of company assets - Analyze trip delays and implement changes to process to save time - Own the GPS system
Qualifications - Needs good planning and management skills to seamlessly execute plan - Must have very good understanding of the roads - Solid leadership and motivational abilities, along with strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) - Proficient in MS Office applications - Very good analytical skills - Very good knowledge of English language - Organized and able to work under stress - Very good management skills - Truck technical knowledge is a plus - 5+ years of logistics-related/Transportation
