Description     —Maintain and update the employees files in a comprehensive way. —Handle all employment procedures for new employees including preparation of employment contracts, enrolment in social Insurance, briefing current and new staff about the personnel issues. —Assist in preparing the monthly closing transactions (Per Diems, overtimes, incentives...etc) for both temp and permanent employees. —Issue the employees experience certificate and HR & loan Letters. —Handling medical and Life insurance, with the Compensation & Benefits Department including the following: Sending the Employees Medical Claims as well as adding and removing employees & Dependents in cases of resignations. —Other duties as assigned. 
Qualifications    •An excellent communication skill, both written and verbal, French is a plus. •Good Knowledge of Labor Law and social insurance. •Use of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Oracle Software.
