Description     — Maintain an efficient and smooth collaboration with the AUCs Student Service Center (SSC) to create an efficient flow of work on daily basis between the two offices; — Handle incoming calls for clients inquiries. Screen calls that do not pertain to the Office of the Registrar or that do not necessarily need to talk to the University Registrar; — Filter daily requests and inquiries received via emails, SSC online as well as verbal ones; — Process and issue graduation certificates, enrollment certificates and transcripts; — Handle all requests received from the New York Office and prepares the weekly FEDEX pouch to NYO; — Handle all local and International FedEx Express requests. Track undelivered documents and handle related correspondences; — Assist the Student Service front desk Manager in securing all signatures and clearances that are posted on the request forms: e.g. withdrawal, Educational Leave of Absence, course repeat and petitions; — Respond to inquiries and verifications received via the customer service email account from students, agencies, academic institutions and various clients seeking the Registrars assistance; — Filing all requests (SSC and online service) with attached logs for office records; — Dispatching the graduation booklet each semester to the Ministry of Higher Education and the Engineering Syndicate to notify both parties with the names of the graduating students;
Qualifications    Minimum education requirement: Bachelor Degree is required. Experience: 1- 2 years experience in the field of customer relations’ services in an international organization preferably academic institutions.

Other Skills    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and compatible collegiate student database management system; • High verbal and written communication skills; • Knowledge of the institution’s rules, policies and regulations to convey effectively; • Exceptional customer service to guests necessitates excellent customer relationship management; • Basic conflict resolution skills; • Handling pressure, meeting deadlines and flexibility in working hours.
