JOB DESCRIPTION: “HR ASSISTANT”
- Receive and file CVs (send copy of engineer CVs to Chief Engineer)
- Invite candidates to interview
- Collect required documentation for employment
- Check salary level with Payroll
- Finalise employment contract
- Prepare reports on staff skills and years experience
- Manage training schedule
- Manage staff training records
Important to test:
- Flexibility to work in different situations
- Intelligent
- Friendly and clear communication
- Good English and good MS Office
