Description     — Setup the software at client sites — Ensuring system Installation and implementation — Train users and support them to resolve their problems — Flowing up the System — Support users after sales — Maintenance and support of finished project — Identifying and recognizing existing problems — Works with client and sales teams to define scope of project for client — Delivering the customer requirement or gap analysis feed back to his manager — Coordinate with customer to resolve issues. — Documented business requirement — Maintain and enhance the companys image by acting professionally all the time — Prepare monthly report for customer statues — Deliverable as well as final implementation output (final sign off) including all required documents. — Other duties as assigned
Qualifications    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or any related discipline. • Have 3 to 5 years of experience • Gender: Male • Excellent knowledge on SQL Server 2005, 2008 is a Must • Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Project is a Must • Ability to travel in and outside Egypt • Ability to work in Day offs
