Description     — Manages the day-to-day operations of the organizations website and its account on: Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, including updates, upload, maintenance, and ongoing development. — Oversees and coordinates content management and user experience, and creates and maintains a consistent website architectural structure. — Ensures a consistent look and feel across the website by promoting uniform fonts, formatting, icons, images, and layout, and creates appropriate templates to assist content authors. — Finds, diagnoses, and fixes the website problems. — Assists in planning, defining, designing, implementing, and managing further development needed for the website. — Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the websites usability and functionality. — Manages the acquisition and ongoing maintenance of the organizations domain names with the appropriate registrars. — Monitors, analyzes, and reports on Web site traffic and downloads (Google Analytics). — Manages, maintains and updates the IT infrastructure within the organization, as well as helps the staff members to setup their computers, peripherals and applications, while providing them with the required technical support. — Manages, maintains and updates the organizations databases and applications. — Performs other related duties as required. — Reports activities to the senior management.
Qualifications    • A Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field • Experience in an IT department of a small to mid-sized organization is a plus. • Demonstrated hands-on experience in MS Windows Server, MS Operating System and Office, PHP, HTML, .Net, Flash, Visual Studios, Photoshop, and other related software applications. • Demonstrated hands-on experience in Content Management systems and applications is a plus. • Strong knowledge of: application support, maintaining disaster recovery operations, and data privacy practices. • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously with limited direction. • Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills. • Strong project management skills. • Excellent team work and building skills. • Ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to work under pressure.
