Description o Develop and manage internal and external market research on existing & potential customers, market trends, opportunities and competition, ensuring findings feed into strategy and planning. o Analyses current customer data and evaluate customer journey and accordingly develop strategies that address customer issues and enhance customer experience. o Develop market segmentation with current and potential customer base to identify actionable segments, and address opportunities and challenges for penetration, product development and market development. o Monitor and evaluate competitor positioning and activity, and accordingly generate annual competitor analysis with mid-year update. o Monitor and analyses marketing spend against business and sales objectives and by product and segments.
Qualifications o Analytical and organizational skills. Sense of initiative, autonomy and task prioritization o Comfortable with interpreting statistics and indicators into strategic and economic messages o Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral) o Proficiency with Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Internet search engines Skills o Industry experience in networking, or other relevant industry experience. o "Expertise and strong insight into Egyptian and GCC markets
