Description To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Chairman, helping him to manage his time. Manage and maintain the Chairmans diary and email account. Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments. Take minutes for all meetings. Maintain a comprehensive filing system. Some research, media relations and promotional work. Follow up with all members of management team and circulate on a weekly basis. Comprehensive diary management, including internal and external meetings, formal and Informal engagements and keeping up to date with all new activities. Ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers, etc. Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the Chairman match his requirements. Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the CEO by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate. Manage the process of calling for briefing on behalf of the chairman from start to finish ensuring that he is fully prepared for all engagements.
Qualifications The ideal candidate should be confident dealing with high-level individuals as well as proactively managing all aspects of the Chairman’s schedule.Experience of successfully working with Top management (essential) Expert level in the use of Outlook. Expert level in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize others

Other Skills . Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the Chairman’s office. Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team. Attention to detail and deadlines. Ability to filter information and assess priorities
