Description     —Redesign retail formats for the Concept in line with the customer, mall requirements and latest market trends. —Develop initial design for the showroom that will include a comprehensive floor plan, exterior elevations, interior elevations, A/c diffuse allocation, lightning, graphic imaging (3D Presentation) and all material selections and finishes —Support Projects Manager in developing designs for all other features / utilities of the Mall or store —Participate in delivering detailed specifications and clear interior drawings as required —Develop the zoning in the store as per the categories of products to be displayed by bearing in mind the principles of space management and profiles of the target consumers —Conduct existing conditions surveys and prepare architectural base plans, sections, elevations and details as appropriate to document relevant conditions.  
Qualifications    Graduate Degree in Architecture/ Planning & Design/ Applied Science / Civil Engineering AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop Exposure to the latest building materials, building systems and interior trends through formal or informal training (on-the-job experience)
