Description ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING 1. Organize the work systematically on the basis of priorities. 2. Monitor information flows to and from the IR Office in Cairo. 3. Maintain and update the project filing system in which information can easily be stored, and from which it can be retrieved both in paper and electronic form. 4. Maintain a duplicated filing system for personnel 5. Organize and prepare meetings of the Project Manager with the staff and take minutes of those meetings. 6. Organize travel and accommodation arrangements with logistic. 7. Organize and coordinate conferences and seminars of the Project. 8. Maintain liaisons with different forums working in this field of orphans. 9. Regular Coordination between Islamic Relief & governmental sectors. 10. Regular networking with GI for exploring capacity building opportunity for orphans/ guardians. 11. Arrange monthly field visit FINANCIAL SUPERVISION 1. Make the project procurement needs for the project or for the NGOs in coordination with the project accountant. 2. Monitor and participate with the accountant in the procurement and inventory of the Projects assets and stock control according to the Projects needs. 3. Reconciliation of any advance payments and petty cash with the projects accountant before applying for new advance payments. 4. Participate in administrative duties of NGOs projects or the activities that the centre implements and follow up on Administrative work on the centre
Qualifications • University graduate • Three years experience of Admin & Accounts Management • Strong skills in use of Microsoft Office word, power point, excel & access Internet search tools •
