Description     1-Maintain service levels of booking tickets. 2-Prepare multiple fare quotations using GDS for varied travel needs consistently and per customer requirments. 3-Process the flight ticket, insurance, accommodation/hotel, and other travel related services requests and cater to related customers queries e-mails or telephone. 4-Competency withall ticketing processes including exchanges, refunds, issue/reissue, international iteneraries and rate structures etc. 
Qualifications    Bachelor degree, 2-5 years in travel agencies, ticketing background, aware of airline computing systems (Saber or Amadeus), Having the ability to build strong relations with customers.

Experience    3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills    Excellent communication skills
