Description 1- Diagnostics received cars Under Warranty to identify the cause of faults and take necessary procedures. 2- Receives cars from contracting companies and coordinates with them to make required Maintenance. 3- Communicates with Warranty Managers in the producing companies regarding warranty process. 4- Coordinates with service advisors to open required job orders to start maintenance. 5- Coordinates with workshop Engineers to make required maintenance. 6- Issues spare parts requests to provide required spare parts for maintenance process. 7- Makes a practical test with customers to make sure that there is no problem with cars. 8- Identifies maintenance cost for cars under warranty to be paid. 9- Coordinates with Customer care to insure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Faculty of Engineer , Automotive Department - minimum one year as Warranty Engineer
Gender Male
Education major Engineering
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Excellent Communication Skills - Negotiation Skills - Problem solving
