Description     *Responsible for the overall sales strategy of assigned pharmacy distributor and areas. *Responsible for Business Development in the assigned pharmacy distributor. *Reaching the goals set for the pharmacy distributor. *Achieving Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year. *Conduct regular meetings with the pharmacies Channel Sales Manager for feedback on status of sales. *Co-ordinate and implement sales targets set by the department head, prepare sales statistics and related forecasts. *Develop & execute trade marketing initiatives in co-ordination with department head. *Generate daily and monthly status reports regarding the overall sales achievements and also competitor activities. *Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. *Handling the entire sales team at the pharmacy distributor. *Monitoring the pharmacy distributor teams performance and motivating them to achieve targets. *Efficient stock management at the distributor and his branches. *Establish and maintain good contact with the Pharmacy distributor and maintain updated Customer details of the different areas. *Travel to the branches of the pharmacy distributor with the sales team regularly. *Drive Numeric Distribution & Geographical Expansion by Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base. *Ensure proper on time implementation and execution of sales campaigns / promotional activities.
Qualifications    Bachelor’s degree preferably in Pharmacy or relevant field

Experience    6 - 9 Years.
