Job Purpose
Administration Executive 
 
Job Description
-Strict observance of the company's various policies Implementation relating to the work system on employees 
-Issuing Daily Report for Attendance from company branches & take the necessary action regarding absents cases 
-Organize all files related to the staff and B&G ,provider contracts 
-Prepare the daily work plan of the branch and coordination with the all depts. to apply it . 
-Follow-up with managers on a daily basis to organize the work and cooperation to resolve all needed matters 
-Organize process of receive all providers invoices & revise it with finance department . 
-Undertake the matters and relations with the government authorities which pertain to issuing of branch licenses or renewal. 
-Supervising the general services activities including (Cleaners – Security –Building Technicians) 
-Run Investigation for misconduct incidents and review documentation of warning letters 
 
Knowledge / Education
-Bachelor's degree in Law
