Description Coordinate and schedule the meetings of the Head of DSF Take charge of the sales teams logistics needs including rooms arrangements, trainings, catering, reservations for events, travels, restaurants. Receive and screen calls & communications with the Head of DSF according to priority. Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, facilities and take minutes and resolutions as well as communicating them to attendees to help them follow up on decisions made in the meetings or working groups and meeting deadlines. Act as the focal point for HR regarding team attendance sheets and submit their leaves request. Act as the focal point for IT related needs of the Sales teams such as laptops requests, new employee accounts,etc. Type, compile and present all correspondences and reports as needed and requested by the Head of DSF. Ensure efficient filing for the Head of DSF. Handle all travel reservations for the team. Handle the departments administrative procedures and services including requisition of supplies and stationary. Handle the purchase of gifts for department contests Handle the sales teams cheques requisitions and cash advances. Prepare and present the Daily Sales Report as needed and other requested reports. Support the department in any other task/ project as directed by the Head of the DSF. Present the Monthly Reports.
Qualifications University degree. At least 5 years of work experience, with preference to experience in a similar role. Excellent organizational, administrative and follow up skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong oral and written communications skills with a high customer service orientation. Strong time management skills. Accurate with strong attention to details. Creative with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines. Proficient user of computer applications. Fluent in both English and Arabic Languages
