Description — Managing or taking a lead role in projects, from the earliest planning stages through to completion; — Identifying new opportunities by conducting research and networking; — Interpreting data from various sources; — Drawing up, presenting and negotiating competitive proposals — Researching and analyzing data about a specific topic, such as geographical area, and then coordinating this data with information gathered from a variety of sources, such as surveyors, to enable informed judgments to be made — Developing creative and original solutions to satisfy all parties — Recalling data, facts and procedures accurately — designing layouts and drafting design statements — assessing planning applications and enforcing and monitoring regulations as necessary — scheduling available resources to meet targets; — writing reports which make recommendations or explain detailed regulations — using information technology systems such as primavera — Working to tight deadlines to meet client expectations or procedural regulations.
Qualifications min 1-2 years of experience *Previous Experience in the same field is a must,Civil or Electrical Power Field is Preferred
