Description Purpose: The Assistant Director is responsible for managing the various resources of the center in order to achieve its goals and projects effectively and efficiently. Principal Accountabilities: Explore and provide means of generating revenue to make the center self-sustained; Develop marketing plans to increase the visibility of the center in the region; Manage the operations, processes and various projects simultaneously in the center; Monitor and manage the financials of the center to better utilize the limited resources of the center; Manage the centers team to achieve the best performance to achieve the goals of the center and deliver projects effectively and efficiently; Develop and manage relations with educational institutions across the MENA region to provide a wide variety of case studies; Communicate with Companies, Organizations, NGO, and AUC to collaborate in achieving the goals of the center; Develop and manage relations with publishers, case clearing houses and academic institutions to properly disseminate the case studies generated by the center.
Qualifications Minimum education requirement: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration; preferably with MBA degree.
