• 1 – 2 year experience in customer service or call center
• Very good English (written and spoken)
• Excellent user of computer application including Microsoft office 2010
• Excellent user of social media
• Female only
Requirements
• B.A. degree is a must
• Excellent in presentation and communication skills
• Excellent at Customer problem solving
• Working under pressure
• Experience in a training company is a plus
