Description 1. Preparing all monthly transaction for payroll , such as penalties , vacations , sick leaves , absenteeism , loans , any other payments or deductions . 2. Follow up the attendance for all staff , their shifts , duties time , attendance , and integrated with the payroll system . 3. Issuing the payroll monthly report including recites , and all other reports for social insurance , taxes , etc.. 4. responsible about all entry data for all new hiring , update the payroll system with any other changes for all staff monthly , 6. Follow up the other payment for all governmental offices monthly . 7. Communicate with the staff for solving any subjects related to their attendance . 8. Assist HR partners for the necessary requirements related to the payroll system ,staff data , reports , payroll filing ...etc.. 9Good back ground in the labor law 10-Following up the drivers and the food & beverage employees licenses . 2.
Qualifications B.Sc in commerce Accounting
Gender Male
Education major English
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Excellent user of MS office, Excellent communication & presentation skills
