Description 1. Investigate and test new processes or process changes and implement to improve costs, quality, and productivity. 2. Conduct research and development of new processes for assigned areas. 3. Provide cost estimates to the New Product Manufacturing Engineering group. 4. Develop detailed process specifications and routings for manufacturing. 5. Verify and prove out all new and changed processes. 6. Handle troubleshooting of production systems. 8. Support new product development group in launching new products, including providing technical assessment of potential problem and designing processes and tooling. 10. Participate in safety training and accident prevention.
Qualifications One to four years of related experience. Bachelor of Science Degree Chemistry, Metallurgy or related field required. Chemical Engineering preferred. Green Belt Certification is Preferred
