Description     Assist with the design, preparation and compilation of statistical reports Maintain the filing system Assist in the preparation and execution of events Responsible for drafting official letters/correspondence Assist in the preparation of various reports and presentations Handle all administrative tasks, minutes of the meetings, faxes, phone-calls, guest inquiries Coordinate with the purchasing manager requests for special approved material requirements Attend and administer events preparatory meetings and provide assistance during the actual event Maintain the events databases; follow up on business referrals and potential offers
Qualifications    University degree in General Management, Hotel Management or Mass Communication * (1 – 3 years experience) in events assistance * Computer Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail * Organizational, Administrative and Interpersonal Skills * Language Skills: Arabic – Fluent (Written & Spoken) English – Fluent (Written & spoken) German is an asset
