Description —Analyze physical network problems for being solved accurately and rapidly and act as second level escalation for all field trouble tickets forwarded by NOC department —Assure fixing Physical and environmental network problems professionally based on LINKdotNET standards to avoid repetition of the same problems. —Execute the required network support methods quickly to reach maximum network and customers availability. —Request changes for the running network in order to enhance its performance and quality. —Request vendor assistance in order to solve complicated and strange problems. —Test the hardware in order to assure quality and minimize outages. —Respond to the requests of Design and services departments in order test and deploy new services and devices. —Handle core nodes and servers installations and operations to achieve the required upgrades and enhancements. —Perform the required surveys in order to accurately do an operation —Request the required materials from procurement team in order to be ready for operation and support purposes. —Supervise and guide technicians to meet standards of performance. —Communicate with other teams when needed to facilitate the work and accomplish the required tasks. —Furnish on-site support if needed to finalize problems that could not be solved remotely. —Perform the required surveys in order to accurately do an operation. —Cooperate with Telecom Egypt to install and support transmission links.
