Food & Beverage Coordinator Required
KidZania Cairo is looking forward to hire Food & Beverage Coordinator will be responsible for
• Provide support to the points of sales operation, when necessary
• Coordinate the Food & Beverages Supervisors in schedule assignments, tasks, points of sales distribution and area training
• Register Food & Beverage Supervisor attendance
• Oversee daily points of sales tally and provide approval
• Oversee at all times the service, hygiene, food handling, procedure and food preparation standards and points of sales operation marketing, via the daily supervision checklist
With the qualifications below :
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Supervisor or Trainer
• Desirable experience in fast food restaurants
• Personnel coordination
