Generations for Consulting and Training is currently seeking Freelance Trainers to join a reputable training program.
We encourage all of you to participate in recommending and providing us with CVs to join the program for 2013. Candidates from governorates other than Cairo like Alexandria , Mansoura , Assuit , Tanta , Banha & Fayoum are more welcome to apply.
The job requirements are as follows:
Having at least two years of relevant training experience, where the following skills are required:
• Native fluency in English both spoken & written
• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
• Leadership Skills
• Ability to work under pressure & meet short deadlines
• Ability to travel flexibly inside Egypt (if required)
• Ability to address different kinds of adult learners
• Excellent computer skills
The Job description is as follows:
• Training EDUEgypt trainees on BPO industry related courses (Language training, Aptitude training, Customer service training, Computer training, Culture & Soft skills training).
• Sharing feedback with EDUEgypt trainees towards the betterment of their performance.
• Reporting the trainees’ levels as well as sending the required reports to ITI.
• Attending meetings held by ITI and trainees events.
• Attending train the trainer, refresher and re-certification courses.
• Participating in trainees program’s extra-curricular activities.
The programs' profile is as follows:
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research along with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology have signed a cooperation protocol in December 2007 which concluded in the creation of Education Development in Universities of Egypt (EDUEgypt). EDUEgypt aims at bridging the gap between the skills of the Egyptian youth and the growing need of the work force competency.
EDUEgypt has put forward the new booming industry of Business Process Outsourcing "BPO" and Information Technology Outsourcing "ITO" to the Egyptian market. The outsourcing industry promises our youth every year thousands of opportunities aiming to the reduction of unemployment and its challenging consequences.
Also please note that it is a part-time job based on semester basis. If you are the right candidate there will be a two month training on the methodology of the program.
On the other hand please note that the deadline to receive the CVs for potential candidates is Friday 15th of February 2013.
