Description     Developing the brokers program and setting the overall program objectives and strategy. -Recruit new brokers while explaining the program details and products outline. -Directly manage the relationship with the signed broker. -Achieve the monthly signup targets. -Handle and ensure resolution of brokers complains and queries -Calling prospects and setting appointments for daily visits -Presenting products using over the phone selling techniques -Participate in any organized events to promote Bupa International -Ensure delivering of complete applications with all necessary documents -Manage reporting and office work time effectively -Fill in daily reports and to be submitted to the direct manager as required -Use company resources in a proper manner -Operate at all times with the highest standards of personal integrity.
Qualifications    Bachelor Degree. -1-2 years experience in Insurance industry -Proficiency in spoken Arabic and Excellent English. -Advanced computer skills, with professional use of Microsoft Office. -Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task. -Teamwork oriented.
