Description Greet visitors, answer phone calls, prioritize them based on their importance; carefully and courteously routes them Maintain filing and ordering of faxes, mails and e-mails Handle management of the meeting room and its schedule according to Domiatec employees appointments and check placing it on the bulletin board for general information on daily basis. Develop and maintain a message records for unavailable recipients and ensures their acknowledgement. Responsible for receiving ongoing and outgoing correspondences and recording and archiving them on the computer and manually in the books. Ensure that the reception area is at all times clean, neat and tidy Provide general clerical and typing assistance to the company when needed. Issue to all company an updated internal contact list Handle the administrative support for visas issuing process (correspondence with embassies). Handles travel arrangements for Domiatec employees on business trips or Domiatec VIPs Responsible for developing a proper filling system for incoming & outgoing documentation process Execute any additional assigned task by chairman or CEO.
Qualifications Bachelor degree from any discipline, English section is a must 0-1 year experience in same position or customer service field Proficiency in MS Office, internet search Highly organized, alert, & presentable character Can handle multiple tasks at a time even under stress
