Description —Understanding the scope of the project —Keeping in contact with the project manager —Responsible to coordinate between the projects Engineers, Material Control and Production department —Responsible to set the Priorities of fabrication orders to production referring to project schedule —Issued fabrication orders for Production —Responsible to prepare the monthly fabrication plan and capacity —contact the involved person to solve any problem —Monitoring the over time calculations —responsible to monitor and update the Actual production rate hrs. \ m° —Responsible to control, modify and update any fabrication order revision —Monitoring the progress of the project at different stages of its development —prepare Specified Progress reports —Update and coordinator all the required information and data which he needed —Solving any problems related W.O like Revision ,mismatch in Qty between Mlist and the system, error in W.O on the system, delayed in revised drawings —Making adjustments to schedules if necessary
Qualifications - Proficient user to MS Office – computer skills. - understand the schedules and graphs
