Description As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for actively managing the sales process in your area to drive the growth of sales. You will be part of a dynamic, knowledgeable and enthusiastic sales team and will be a key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. You must be able to articulate technological and product positioning to both business and technical users. You should be comfortable in establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with our clients. Responsibilities: — To achieve the sales target of your area including increase of client base. — To develop strong relationships with clients including architectural and consultancy practices. — To develop comprehensive market intelligence of the territory & competitors. — To represent the product and company at conferences, seminars, etc. — Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs. — Able to convey customer requirements to Sales Management teams. — Prepare & submit Daily and Weekly reports to Business Development Manager. —Attend trade shows and seminars to promote products or to learn about industry developments. —Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs. —Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets. —Maintain sales forecasting reports.
Qualifications Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in construction materials sales and should feel at ease in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. The Candidate must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, and when submitting reports. He should be organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches as well as be prepared for extensive travel.
