Description The Brand manager will plan, develop, and direct the marketing efforts for a particular brand or product, He will be responsible for coordinating activities of specialists in production, sales, advertising, promotion, research and development, marketing research, purchasing, distribution, package development. —To manage the marketing function of the brand team in order to deliver on the brand-marketing strategies—Develop plan to market product through innovative promotional campaigns, utilising the full marketing mix as appropriate. —Liaise closely with all relevant brand team support functions as required —Prepare brand plan & Deliver sales goals. —Manage strategic planning and control, financial planning, brand marketing operations. —Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies. Monitor performance on key indicators to ensure targets are met —Work with multi-functional teams to asses and implement effective marketing programs —Build positive relationships with all levels of the assigned brand. Defining and targeting markets, segments and accounts to be solicited. —Develops implements and analyze short and long term marketing objectives, strategies and —tactics to maximize sales opportunities. —Assist in developing and managing a budget for the project. —Works in the identification and development of all events marketing programming, including all sponsored events.
Qualifications • MS Office • 5 years of equivalent experience. • BA or BSc. In any discipline.
Gender Male
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills * Very good computer skills • Manage multiple assignments. • Excellent verbal written communication skills. • Previous experience in real estate is an advantage.
