Description — Provide all recruitment administration support which includes: administer the database/recruitment process/interviewing process/ Hiring & Termination process. — Administer the new joiner process starting from offer letter through to joining instructions and induction — Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures. —Administer leaves ( Annual, sick, unplanned, maternity, etc.) — Administer the performance management system. — Enter data into the HR system so that accurate records are maintained. — Provide data and prepare management information reports. — Liaise with payroll. — Administer the probationary review periods. — Administer and develop the personnel filing system — Assist in administering HR events such as: Training, Teambuilding day, Iftar Ramadan, etc. — Undertake other duties as directed.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree of Business Administration. •2-3 years of experience as an Administrator in HR department. • Fluency in English is a MUST. • Working with Microsoft tools is a MUST.
