Description — Devise detailed resource optimization plans — Be responsible for inventory management for assigned parts and processes required to ensure material input to support customer requirements — Coordinate planning and scheduling activities for assigned products utilizing advanced planning tools to model, simulate, and release optimized material plans to the organization — Identify all critical items shortages, monitor the implementation of corrective actions plans, control inventory levels, and coordinate the disposition of obsolete and non-conforming items. — Apply appropriate optimization methodologies to balance service level, inventory, and resource utilization using advanced planning tools — Monitor performance to the plan and take pro-active action to solve problems and mitigate risk in meeting the plan — Assure timely release of the requirements, and monitor status of Request for Material / Change in Procurement Instruction through evaluation of stock out requirements and critical parts lists — Analyze data and collaborate in the determination and the subsequent application of appropriate order, inventory, and replenishment policies.
Qualifications - 2 or 3 years in the same field - Manufacturing experience is required
