Description 1- To execute the agreed audit plan; to ensure there are ongoing qualitative appraisals of audits performed; to facilitate the effectiveness of audit in adding value to the company. 2- To lead co-ordinate and supervise independent risk based audits of either group process reviews or operational audits. To prepare written reports for management and audit committees. Deliver audit in a way which optimizes resources, facilitates the promulgation of best practice and adds value. 3- To influence the adoption of best practice Risk Management within the audits undertaken. 4- To support the delivery of audit services to the group, as agreed with the Group Audit Controller. 5- To influence attitudes to drive forward control and risk awareness. 6- To provide an audit perspective on strategies, services, security, operations, resources, applications, programs, projects and standards. 7- To identify and drive forward consistent audit practices and standards across the group. To develop self and team through audit training, learning and sharing of best practices.
Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in auditing FMCG companies.
